Tipping is optional and based on Customer satisfaction. The tip you have selected will in its entirety be paid to the Courier whom you wanted to tip. Getir will only collect the tip as an intermediary.

By clicking “Send” button after selecting or inserting the Tip amount, you are agreeing to

1. tip the Courier at the selected amount and
2. Getir to charge you the selected amount over Online Payment System

You will be redirected to the payment page the credit/debit card you select for payment will be charged separately for the tip.

Tip payment cannot be cancelled; upon clicking “Send” button Getir will collect the entire Tip amount and will not be able to refund the Tip thereafter. Tipping is a payment in relation to the services provided by Getir and thus, except for the matters provided in this notification, will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in the App.
