Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Getir “Share Your Matchday Picture” Instagram competition (the “Giveaway”).
Promoter: Getir UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 12548945) whose registered office is at WeWork 10 York Road, London, SE1 7ND.

The Promotor is giving away 2 sets of 2 tickets to the Tottenham Hotspur v Watford F.C. match which is being played on the 29th August 2021. To win one set of 2 tickets for you and a friend, you must follow @getir_UK and tag a friend in a comment with your football matchday ritual using the hashtags #GetIn and #GroceriesInMinutes. The best two entries will then be selected as the winners by 10:00 on 23rd August 2021 by an independent judge.
Entering the Competition
1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Any entry by anybody under the age of 18 will be rejected.
2. The Giveaway is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only. Agencies or other companies that have any connection with the Promoter or the production of the Giveaway, as well as relatives of such persons, are unable to enter the Giveaway.
3. By entering the Giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the additional terms which can be found on the Getir app.
4. The Giveaway will be run on the Promoter’s page on Instagram only.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries are not transferable to another person.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
The Giveaway Draw
9. Closing time and date for entry will be 23:59 22nd August 2021. After this date no further entries to the Giveaway will be permitted.
10. Winners will be chosen as a result of a vote conducted by an independent judge, recorded and verified by the Promoter or its agents.
11. The two winners will receive a pair of tickets each. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
12. The result of the Giveaway judge(s) is final. No debate or correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct messaging no later than 12:00 (midday) on 23rd August 2021. The Promoter will also have a winners’ list available at Getir UK Limited, WeWork 10 York Road, London, SE1 7ND.
14. Giveaway winners will receive details of how to collect their prize once contact has been made.
15. The Promoter will endeavour to contact winners via their Instagram page and by telephone (if a telephone number is available). If no contact is made by a winner within 24 hours, an alternative winner will be contacted and the original winner will forfeit the right to the prize. Alternative winners will have 5 hours to make contact and claim the prize. If no winner makes contact before 17:00 on 24th August 2021, the unclaimed prize may be dealt with as the Promoter sees fit.
16. By entering the Giveaway, entrants also accept and agree to adhere to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions applied for all standard season ticket holders, as outlined here https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/fans/membership/membership-terms/, and any rules, regulations or protocols put in place by Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in relation to the prize, including (but not limited to) online registration, digital ticketing, and Covid-19 testing or vaccination requirements. Any complaints or queries relating to any such terms and conditions or requirements should be directed to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
17. The 2 prize(s) are two (2) tickets (a pair) to Tottenham Hotspur v Watford F.C. in the English Premier League on Sunday 29th August 2021. There is no cash alternative. Winners will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation to and from the game. No travel or other expenses will be paid by the Promoter.
18. By entering the Giveaway, the winners accept and agree that the re-sale of the tickets is prohibited.
General
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, epidemic or pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic and associated restrictions) or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Instagram page.
20. In the event that a winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (including but not limited to non-compliance with any rules and regulations at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, including any Covid-19 protocols or a positive Covid-19 test), no alternative prize is available.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Giveaway.
22. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Privacy
24. We do not retain the personal information recorded on your entry for any other purpose than the Giveaway and related activities. This information is only used by the Promoter to contact you if you win.
25. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and may be disclosed to our agency and other third parties for the purposes of running this Giveaway in accordance with applicable law.
26. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any social network. You waive any and all claims against Instagram and Facebook in relation to the Giveaway. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://getir.uk/privacy-policy.html.
